By booking a service with Mint Moto Detailing (ABN: [Your ABN]), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Mint Moto Detailing. By booking with Mint Moto Detailing, you are accepting of these terms and conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring your motorcycle is accessible and ready at the agreed time and location. If the vehicle is not accessible within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the booking may be forfeited and a cancellation fee may apply.

Mint Moto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases. Mint Moto Detailing requires available access to power and water to complete the job.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Gift vouchers purchased through our website may be redeemed against any service.

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Quoted prices are estimates only; the final price may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle.

Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Mint Moto Detailing will conduct a pre-service inspection and document any pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, or defects before commencing work.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects that were present prior to the commencement of our services.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any known issues, modifications, or sensitivities with your motorcycle prior to the service.

Mint Moto Detailing takes every precaution to ensure the safety and care of your vehicle. However, our liability for any damage caused during the provision of services is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use or loss of income.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ceramic coating services come with a 5-year warranty against coating failure under normal use and maintenance conditions. A non-refundable deposit of $90 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final invoice. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, via EFT or cash. Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed and may be forfeited.

The warranty is void if the vehicle is not maintained in accordance with our post-coating care instructions, or if the coating is subjected to abrasive chemicals, improper washing techniques, or physical damage.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs within 30 days of discovering the defect. To protect the 5 years warranty of the ceramic coating, the owner must follow correct post coating maintenance such monthly details, using PH neutral detergents, no abrasive tools, no stripping soaps and no auto carwashes.  Failure to follow these steps may significantly reduce the lifespan of the coating.

We collect personal information (name, contact details, vehicle information) solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you about your booking.

We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

By booking a service with Mint Moto Detailing, you consent to photographs and/or video footage of your motorcycle being taken during or after the service for use in Mint Moto Detailing's marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising.

Images and footage may feature your motorcycle but will not include personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.

If you do not wish for your motorcycle to be used for marketing purposes, you must notify Mint Moto Detailing in writing prior to your service appointment. You may contact us via the enquiry form on our website or by email to opt out.

Opting out of media use will have no impact on the quality of service provided or any other terms of your booking.
